Liontown Resources Limited is hiring a Warehouse Officer for Kathleen Valley, WA. This 18-month max-term role reports to the Warehousing Superintendent and covers day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and goods receipt/dispatch to support mining activities on a FIFO 8:6 roster, flying out of Perth.

The ideal candidate is organised, safety-focused, and ready to take ownership, with ERP experience (SAP/Pronto), forklift licence, and a WA C Class licence.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years’ experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment.
• Experience with ERP and inventory management systems such as SAP or Pronto (S/4HANA exposure advantageous).
• Current forklift (LF) licence and WA C Class Drivers Licence.
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with accuracy maintained under pressure.
• Effective communication and collaboration across departments, vendors, and logistics teams.
• FIFO experience and a Diploma or degree in Logistics or Supply Chain (desirable).
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical, National Police Clearance, and Drug and Alcohol screen.

• Equipment maintenance: oversee the care of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and handling tools, scheduling routine inspections and coordinating repairs as needed.

The expansion is underway. Underground development of the Northwest Flats orebody is progressing, infrastructure programs are accelerating, and a dedicated project team is being assembled to deliver the next phase of Liontown’s growth.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Warehousing Officer on a max term 18 month contract. Reporting to the Warehousing Superintendent, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse at Kathleen Valley, managing inventory and coordinating the receipt and dispatch of the materials and equipment that keep our mining operations moving. This is an 18-month max-term opportunity on an 8:6 roster, flying out of Perth.

It’s a hands-on role for someone who is organised, safety-focused, and ready to take ownership. For the right person, it also offers a genuine pathway to step up into a supervisory position over time.

What We’re Looking For

We’re open on industry background. Warehousing, stores, or logistics experience in any sector is welcome, and mining or heavy industry exposure is a bonus.
