Qualifications

3-5+ years in operations, strategy, consulting or a similarly analytical, execution-heavy commercial role.
Strong quantitative and commercial judgment with data-driven decision making.
Demonstrated track record of using AI in real work, including workflow automation or tooling.
Excellent written and verbal English with the credibility to influence stakeholders.
Deep familiarity with the New Zealand market, its regulatory environment and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

Running day-to-day operations for the NZ market - local calendar, campaigns and initiatives, and analyzing rider/driver behavior to optimize results.
Acting as the hub between local and central teams (Product, Data, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service) and translating NZ needs into clear requirements.
Using AI to accelerate the work by building tools/workflows for analysis, reporting, monitoring and execution.
