Job summary

Kinetic IT is seeking an NV1 cleared Solutions Architect to partner with a major client on cloud, network and infrastructure design projects. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, HDL exposure and detailed documentation.

As part of the team, you will design solutions, review environments, draft high-level architectures, and collaborate with engineers to ensure delivery aligns with the approved blueprint. NV1 clearance and HDL familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Solutions Architect.
• Cleared to NV1 level to support client environments.
• HDL experience.
• Documentation skills.
• Azure / Microsoft 365 experience.
• FortiNET firewall and network knowledge.
• Cloud Infrastructure expertise.
• SED, DLD and related documentation experience.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Kinetic IT is looking for an NV1 cleared Solutions Architect to work closely with one of their clients on a number of projects from networks, cloud and infrastructure design. The role will involve excellent stakeholder management, documentation and HDL exposure.

Responsibilities will include:

• Client engagement: Understand the client’s existing environment, requirements and future needs.
• Solution & architecture design: Design cloud, infrastructure, network, security and connectivity solutions.
• Assess existing environments and develop the technical roadmap/architecture.
• Technical documentation: Architecture diagrams, high-level designs and technical documentation.
• Engineering collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure/network engineers to guide implementation and resolve technical issues.
• Stakeholder management: Explain technical solutions to clients and manage technical requirements throughout delivery.
• Project delivery: Remain involved through implementation to ensure the solution aligns with the agreed architecture.
