Job summary

Obsidian Digital in Australia is seeking a LOGC4I Capability Integration Lead for a roughly 10-month engagement with two 12-month extension options to support a Defence logistics modernisation program.

You will coordinate requirements across stakeholders, translate them into traceable capability functions, and guide governance and delivery coordination to align outcomes with Defence priorities and user needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defence capability development or major transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into structured capability functions.
• Proven engagement with senior Defence, government and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead capability integration activities across the capability lifecycle.
• Coordinate articulation and management of capability requirements.
• Translate requirements into traceable capability functions.
• Support governance and prepare briefs for senior Defence stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies, risks and delivery coordination across agencies.
