Job summary

JBX Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Nutrition & Education Coordinator to develop and deliver nutrition education and product training for pharmacists, healthcare professionals, retailers and consumers in Australia.

You will translate technical nutrition information into clear content, create training resources, and support campaigns with marketing and commercial teams. Expect travel domestically and opportunities to present across digital and live platforms.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Nutrition & Education Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in bringing our products and nutrition expertise to life.

This is a diverse role combining nutrition knowledge, education, content development and presentation. You will develop engaging product training and nutrition education for pharmacists, pharmacy staff, healthcare professionals, retailers and consumers, helping translate technical information into content that is clear, accurate and easy to understand.

What You'll Do

Product Training & Education

Develop engaging product training resources for pharmacists, pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals.

Create presentations, training guides, FAQs and product education materials.

Deliver product and nutrition training both in person and through digital platforms.

Present webinars, live streams and pre-recorded education sessions.

Identify product knowledge gaps and develop resources to address them.

Content Development

Develop technical nutrition and product content for professional audiences.

Create consumer-facing content including blogs, articles, website content and educational resources.

Develop product education and support materials for retail partners.

Translate technical nutrition information into clear and accessible content for different audiences.

Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on campaigns and content initiatives.

Resource Coordination

Coordinate the development, review and ongoing updating of product training and education resources.

Maintain an organised and up-to-date library of product education materials.

Work with internal teams, designers and external suppliers to deliver high-quality resources.

Events & Field Support

Attend and support company, retailer and industry events.

Represent the brand as a nutrition professional at relevant events.

Provide product and nutrition education to pharmacy staff, retailers and consumers.

Travel domestically as required, with some international travel potentially required.

About You

We are looking for someone who combines strong nutrition knowledge with excellent communication and presentation skills.

You will ideally have:

A qualification in Nutrition, Naturopathy or a related field.

Strong written communication and content development skills.

The ability to communicate technical nutrition information clearly to a range of audiences.

Confidence presenting to audiences both face-to-face and digitally.

Strong organisational, coordination and time-management skills.

Knowledge of social media tools.

A proactive and collaborative approach.

The flexibility and willingness to travel domestically as required.

It would be advantageous if you have:

Knowledge of TGA and FSANZ requirements.

Experience in vitamins, supplements, complementary medicines, pharmacy or health retail.

Experience developing training, education or health-related content.

Experience presenting webinars, live streams or educational sessions.
