Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and maintain healthcare IT systems across hospital environments. You will diagnose issues, optimize EHR and clinical applications, and collaborate with clinicians and IT teams to translate workflows into effective configurations.

You will provide training and documentation to ensure reliable operation, with flexible remote work and a commitment of 10–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or administering healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, testing, and system optimization skills.
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into system configurations with clinicians and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize clinical systems by diagnosing issues, performing upgrades, and maintaining system stability.
