Job summary
Gold Coast Health is seeking a Nursing Director (Digital Experience) to lead the implementation and change management of clinical digital initiatives, shaping safe, modern care across our Gold Coast and northern NSW service area.
You will provide authoritative advice on digital healthcare strategies, influence governance decisions and drive digital transformation within a 14,000-strong team, with permanent full-time employment and a base salary of AUD 184,991 per year plus super and leave
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
- Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
- Tuberculosis screening
- Criminal History Screening
Responsibilities
- Direct the implementation and change management for clinical digital initiatives.
- Provide authoritative counsel to Clinical Governance Committee regarding digital opportunities to support safe clinical care.
- Identify and resolve complex clinical, operational and professional issues across multiple digital initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on digital healthcare strategies.
