Job summary

First Choice Care on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into Clinical Facilitation. You will mentor nursing students during clinical placements, bridging classroom learning with safe hands-on practice.

You’ll guide assessments, support educators, and collaborate with universities to coordinate block placements up to four weeks. Unrestricted AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing are essential, with strong communication and written skills as key assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Bachelor of Nursing degree.
• Available to work casually and commit to block placements of up to 4 weeks.
• Strong communication skills and confidence guiding and assessing students.
• Strong written skills for completing student assessments and evaluations.
• Previous experience in Clinical Facilitation, teaching or training (desirable).
