Qualifications

• Certificate III Assistant in Nursing or enrolled in an undergraduate Registered Nursing degree or TAFE NSW Diploma of Nursing with required placements.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn and provide compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Support patients with personal care, mobility and daily activities.
• Assist with patient comfort, communication and wellbeing needs.
• Provide care within your scope of practice.
• Support nurses with clinical tasks, procedures and equipment preparation.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
