You will support product recommendations, demonstrations, and stock presentation in a busy nursery environment.

The role requires a proactive, friendly approach, ability to handle fast-paced settings, and a commitment to helping families with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Calm irate customers with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 kgs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.
• Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
• Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.
• Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
