Baby Bunting is Australia\'s largest nursery speciality retailer, located in the Belrose retail precinct on Mona Vale Road. We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant for a Permanent Part-Time role with multiple rosters and RSA requirements.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist new and expectant parents, demonstrate products, manage stock, and work a rotating roster across weekdays, evenings and weekends. Previous customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.
• Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
• Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.
• Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
