Baby Bunting is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant at our Cranbourne Homemaker Centre store to deliver exceptional customer service to new and expectant parents. You’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience, demonstrate products and support families through their journey.

You’ll join a friendly team, work a rotating roster across weekdays, evenings and weekends, and benefit from training pathways, parental leave, and employee benefits.

Competenze

• Experience delivering customer service in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and empathy when assisting customers.
• Ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 kg and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
