You will work as part of a caring team, supporting early years development, keeping progress records, and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene. This permanent role offers 40 hours over 5 days or 36 hours over 4 days, with a salary of £32k‑£34k per year and an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• At least a Level 3/equivalent qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Preparing activities that suit each individual child's stage of development and interests
• Keeping records of your key children's development and learning journeys
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships and relationships with parents/carers
• Ensuring good standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
• Being constantly aware of the individual needs of all children
