Job summary

United Recruiting Solutions is seeking experienced Pick Packers for Wholesale and Production Nurseries with an immediate start. Site access at Skye in Melbourne area. Join a friendly team and enjoy indoor work, gardening, and a supportive environment.

Key duties include order picking, potting, weeding, stock preparation, labeling and packing orders, and general warehouse tasks. Training is provided on site, with a weekly rostering system.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months pick packing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Nursery experience is preferred but not essential.
• Must have reliable transport and Australian work rights.

We have various Wholesale and Production Nurseries that are looking for experienced Pick Packers and passionate home gardeners to join their dynamic Teams for an immediate start. Skills & Experience Required

Nursery Hand experience is desired but not essential

Pick Packing/ Order Picking in a fast paced environment

Minimum 3-6 months pick packing experience in a fast-paced environment required

Reliability and Punctuality

Be physically fit

Moderate level of physical fitness required to perform manual handling and physical duties

MUST Have your own reliable transport

Expressed interest in Plants and Gardening

Valid Australian work rights or work visa required
