Job summary

NSW Health's Prince of Wales Hospital seeks a dynamic Nurse Manager Grade 5 to lead the Medical Imaging & Nuclear Medicine Department, ensuring safe, high-quality clinical services.

In collaboration with the MID Executive, you will recruit and develop staff, manage resources, and drive service improvement, workflow efficiency, and patient-centered care across the unit.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Recognised tertiary management qualifications or working towards same.
• Experience applying change management principles with measurable outcomes.
• Recent senior clinical/operational experience and leadership in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to use IT for plans and reports.
• Knowledge of current clinical practice and models of care; ability to lead staff to goals.
