As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Murrumburrah Harden Health Service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and patient-centred care. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, manage resources effectively, and support the development of a positive and high-performing nursing team.
