Queensland Health is seeking a temporary full-time nurse leader to oversee Central Sterilising Department operations. You will demonstrate advanced nursing practice, lead a team, and coordinate clinical support to achieve service targets and best-practice outcomes.
You will monitor nursing standards, drive quality improvement, mentor staff, and participate in performance development planning aligned with departmental strategy and professional nursing lines.
