Central Gippsland Health in Sale, VIC, is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager for Wilson Lodge. You will lead resident-focused care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and develop care plans aligned with national standards and AHPRA requirements.

As a senior clinical leader, you will prioritise urgent clinical needs, ensure safety and quality, manage staffing with empathy, and engage with residents, families and staff to uphold CGH's commitments to excellent aged care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and current practice authority.
• Strong communication, empathy and organisational skills required.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident-focused care and develop individualised care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet aged care standards.
