Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Unit Manager to lead a high-performing team within the Neonatal Unit. This role focuses on coordinating care for newborns, guiding staff, and driving best-practice outcomes across the service.

The successful candidate will bring advanced neonatal nursing leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to family-centred care, with the ability to mentor staff and collaborate across disciplines to achieve outstanding

Qualifications

  • Neonatal nursing with demonstrated leadership and management experience in complex healthcare environments.
  • Strong leadership with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Neonatal nursing, supported by demonstrated leadership and management experience within a complex healthcare environments. A genuine commitment to developing people, creating opportunities for growth and fostering a culture where staff feel supported to reach their full potential.
