About The Role

Lyndoch Living is a dynamic, purpose-driven aged care community where exceptional care and genuine connection come together.

With 24/7 nursing support and the ability to care for residents with high or complex needs, our five-residence home allows staff to deliver tailored care that evolves with residents—all in one supportive, well-resourced environment.

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams, including performance development and staff engagement.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and sound judgement, with a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic care setting.
