Job summary

Arcare is seeking a Grade 4 Registered Nurse to lead a care unit, ensuring high-quality clinical care with compassion. The role focuses on supervision, care planning, medication management, and partner communication with families within a supportive team environment.

Applicants must have current AHPRA registration, at least 2 years’ aged care experience, knowledge of accreditation standards, and a commitment to clinical excellence. Australian working rights and NDIS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
• Experience with ANNAC.
• Expertise in medication administration and wound care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team.
• Right to work in Australia and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Resident care: deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
