Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with 12 months acute nursing experience at program start.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high‑quality and evidence‑based nursing care in line with Barwon Health requirements.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with patients, families and the team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and health professionals to support continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety, quality improvement and audits within the clinical area.
• Maintain patient documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Support learning and development of colleagues and students.
• Maintain registration, mandatory training and ongoing CPD.
