Job summary

Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with aged care and/or dementia care expertise to join our team in East Gippsland. This is an autonomous and collaborative clinical role focused on improving access to comprehensive assessment and care for older adults and those with cognitive changes.

We offer a pro-rata salary between $149,267 and $152,092 per annum, negotiable part-time or full-time, plus salary packaging options and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• AHPRA recognised Registered Nurse qualification.
• Endorsement as Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in aged care or dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous and collaborative clinical care for aged/dementia patients.
• Contribute to improved access to comprehensive assessment, care and support.
