The role is autonomous yet collaborative, focused on improving access to comprehensive assessment and ongoing care for older adults and those with cognitive changes.

The position offers a pro-rata salary between $149,267 and $152,092 per year, negotiable part-time or full-time, plus salary packaging options and relocation assistance.
