Job summary
Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) is recruiting a Home and Community Based Nursing Manager based in Lakes Entrance, with travel to GLCH sites as required. The role provides day-to-day management and clinical leadership across home-based, aged and complex care nursing services, including palliative care.
You will lead a capable team to deliver safe, responsive, and high-quality care, reporting to the Executive Manager.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in leading and mentoring nursing staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead home and community-based nursing programs.
- Provide clinical leadership and user-centred care.
- Monitor clinical risk, client safety and service quality.
- Manage staffing, rostering, supervision and performance development.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting and funding compliance.
- Develop policies, procedures and improvement strategies.
- Build relationships with health service providers and community groups.
- Ensure governance and safe, high-quality care across services.
