St John of God Midland Public Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager – Administration Services to lead administrative and support services within the clinical environment, ensuring efficient, patient-centred care.

You will oversee staffing, budgets, accreditation readiness, and service performance, working with clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements and a sustainable workforce aligned with our Mission and Values.

Qualifications

• Current NMBA registration as RN or RM.
• Extensive senior nursing leadership experience in an acute hospital.
• Experience managing budgets, targets and service performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service standards and implement improvements.
• Support accreditation, regulatory assessments, and risk management.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
• Oversee staffing, rostering, and workforce planning.
• Manage payroll, absenteeism, and leave to meet budget.
• Develop and implement annual operational/management plan.
• Contribute to marketing the service to medical practitioners.
