McGrath Foundation is seeking an experienced Nurse Clinical Lead to provide specialist prostate cancer expertise within our Nursing Program in Sydney.

You will mentor Cancer Care Nurses, offer clinical guidance and role development, and help deliver consistent, high-quality care for people experiencing prostate cancer and their families across the service. The role may start part-time with a clear pathway to full-time by 1 April 2027, aligning with staffing plans.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with clinical leadership experience in oncology.
• Experience in prostate cancer care a plus.
• Ability to mentor and guide nursing staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist prostate cancer expertise within the Nursing Program.
• Offer clinical guidance and mentoring to McGrath Cancer Care Nurses.
• Support role development and ensure high-quality care for patients and families.
