Job summary

Nurse Next Door Australia is hiring a Registered/Enrolled Nurse Care Ambassador to build meaningful relationships with clients and support daily operations. The role offers permanent, flexible arrangements with an emphasis on Happier Ageing and premium home care.

You will provide PEG, wound, catheter, diabetes and medication management, plus personal care. Training is ongoing and 24/7 support is available in a local family-owned setting that values care in every detail.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration is required to practice as a nurse in Australia.
• CPR and First Aid certification are mandatory for frontline care roles.
• National Police Check specific to aged care is required.
• Working with Children Check is preferred.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• A valid driver's license and access to a car is needed.

Responsibilities

• Initiate Happier Ageing experiences for Clients and Caregivers.
• Support daily operations and client care activities.
• Review and update client care notes, plans and documentation.
• Audit and update care plans, flowsheets, MARs, and logs.
• Lead and train Caregivers, ensuring premium care delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and staff records.
