Job summary

Responsibilities

• Onboard and support clients from initial onboarding through ongoing care.
• Provide day-to-day leadership across client care by guiding caregivers and addressing issues.
• Ensure safe, consistent and personalised client support during visits and care delivery.
• Collaborate with scheduling and leadership to manage rosters, urgent needs and service delivery changes.
• Conduct supervisory visits, gather feedback, and elevate concerns to improve care and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality processes to meet standards.
