KBR Infrastructure Solutions Australia is seeking Nuclear Safety Case Engineers to join Australia's largest NSQEP team. You will work on naval nuclear facilities with government and defence stakeholders, delivering safety-informed design processes and rigorous regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety-informed design processes.
• Deterministic Safety Analysis experience.
• Knowledge of regulation and licensing in nuclear or defence environments.
• Experience with technical design substantiation for complex facilities.
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to nuclear safety cases for naval infrastructure projects.
• Apply deterministic safety analysis to generate safety requirements for design processes.
• Engage with licensing and regulatory frameworks governing operations.
• Produce and review technical design substantiation documentation to regulatory standards.
• Mentor and develop NSQEP professionals in Australia.
