Job summary

Exact Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking experienced plant operators to run CAT 740/773/777 haul trucks and watercarts on civil and mining sites. Candidates should hold an HR licence, a White Card, and nationally accredited plant tickets, with prior site or civil project experience preferred.

We offer flights or travel allowance, on-site accommodation and meals, and a retention bonus up to $3000. Long-term roles with development opportunities and a strong safety culture are provided.

Do you have experience operating our plant?

• CAT 740, 777 and 785 Haul Trucks in a mining environment;
• CAT 740, 773 and 777 Watercarts.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Current HR driver's licence(essential);
• Current ConstructionWhite card(essential);
• Nationally accredited plant tickets(desirable);
• Previous plant operating experience on a civil project or mine site;
• Proven commitment to health and safety;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team; and
• Personal drive and results orientated.
