Job summary

Renew IT Group Pty Ltd in New South Wales is seeking a hands-on State Manager to lead the NSW operations across the Head Office warehouse and statewide field service projects, driving operational excellence and compliance.

Reporting to the COO, you will manage rostering, performance, vendor relationships, safety, and reporting of KPIs, with a focus on cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in an operations, warehouse, or logistics management role.
• Proven experience leading a team of supervisors and frontline staff.
• Strong knowledge of WHS requirements and safe-work practices.
• Experience rostering, resource planning and managing staffing to demand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end daily operations of NSW ITAD processing and warehouse facility.
• Drive throughput, quality standards, and customer service level agreements.
• Develop and implement SOPs aligned with national standards.
• Monitor KPIs: throughput, accuracy, turnaround times, costs.
• Lead and performance-manage Team Leaders and Supervisors.
• Manage rostering and resource allocation across the site.
• Act as NSW client contact for service delivery and escalations.
• Champion safety culture and WHS compliance on site.
• Prepare site performance reports for the COO covering KPIs and staffing.
