Job summary

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is seeking a Civil Supervisor to join our NPI Projects team, overseeing the installation of temporary site facilities for BHP in the East Pilbara. You will lead a multi-disciplinary crew on civil and NPI works, ensuring safety and productivity on site.

The role is casual with an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth, and reports to the Superintendent. Relevant 26 certificate and prior BHP-site experience are preferred, with a strong focus on safety and on-site

Qualifications

• Statutory 26 Certificate is mandatory.
• Strong working background on Civil and NPI based works.
• Experience on BHP sites and compliance is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership and advisory skills, with a passion for working on the job front.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of various NPI equipment including turkey nests, tanks, HSPE piping etc
• Provide quality leadership whilst maintaining an on the job presence
• Coordinate workforce on daily tasks to stay on track with project requirements
• Promote a safe and efficient working environment for our people
• Effectively communicate between leadership staff and site representatives and uphold our professional relationships
• Utilise your expertise to advise on productivity and work scope ideas and improvements

Job description

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is looking for a new Civil Supervisor to join our dedicated NPI Projects team, covering works across the East Pilbara region. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a crucial member of the team, carrying out the construction of NPI equipment on behalf of BHP. Reporting to the Superintendent, the successful candidate will see themselves overseeing the installation of temporary site based facilities and advising our multi-disciplinary blue collar workforce on safe and best practices. This is a great opportunity to join an established team with a fantastic culture and longevity of work. This is a casual, 8:6 rostered opportunity, FIFO from Perth.
