Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking a driven professional to lead end-to-end supply chain coordination for multiple product launches. You will partner with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Marketing and R&D to ensure on-time delivery and launch readiness.

You’ll identify risks early, implement practical mitigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, efficiency and performance. Local travel to manufacturing sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within supply chain, manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Sound analytical thinking with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
• Clear communication, attention to detail and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end supply chain coordination for concurrent new product launches.
• Partnering with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Marketing and R&D.
• Managing suppliers, materials, timelines and launch readiness.
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Maintaining project documentation and delivering status updates.
• Supporting cost, efficiency and performance improvements.
