Job summary

Pental, proudly part of DuluxGroup, is seeking a driven project manager to lead end-to-end supply chain coordination for multiple new product launches. You will partner with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Marketing and R&D to ensure on-time delivery and launch readiness.

We value strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within supply chain, manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Analytical thinking with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines within a fast paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with NPD, product launches or process optimisation will be highly regarded.
• Driver's licence and flexibility to travel to manufacturing sites and suppliers as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain coordination for concurrent new product launches.
• Partner closely with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Marketing and R&D.
• Manage suppliers, materials, timelines, run‑in/run‑out plans and launch readiness.
• Identify risks early and implement practical mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate tasks, track progress and keep stakeholders aligned through governance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, efficiency and performance.
• Maintain clear project documentation and deliver regular status updates.
