Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking a Supply Chain Support Officer to assist Beverley Supply Chain and Production teams with administration, batch processing, pallet labelling, and despatch tasks during the second shift. This role sits within a dynamic, high-growth business where ownership and continuous improvement are valued.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have ERP/SAP experience, and excel at stakeholder collaboration and organisation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• SAP knowledge is highly regarded.
• Confident communicator who builds relationships across levels.
• Highly organised and adaptable, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient administration systems for Supply Chain.
• Assist with batch card processing and pallet labelling.
• Perform reconciliation and processing of site invoices.
• Manage despatch administration during the second shift (12:00–20:00).
• Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
