Sunny Queen Farms in Ipswich, Queensland, is seeking an experienced NPD Manager to lead development and delivery of our product innovation pipeline across the Sunny Queen portfolio. You will turn consumer insights into successful new products, packaging initiatives and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality and Finance to drive projects from concept to launch, maintain the pipeline, and provide management-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in product, category, innovation or FMCG marketing roles.
• Proven capability managing NPD, packaging or innovation projects through structured approval processes.
• Strong analytical capability across category, consumer, competitor, sales and commercial data.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate consumer and customer research programs from brief development through to fieldwork and presentation.
• Develop NPD recommendations balancing brand direction, targets, dynamics, manufacturing capability and margins.
• Manage the innovation pipeline governance process with milestone tracking and resource alignment.
• Develop market insights, consumer research, and brand health checks to support strategic decisions.
