Job summary

Sunny Queen Farms in Australia is seeking an experienced NPD Manager to lead the development and delivery of our product innovation pipeline across the Sunny Queen portfolio. You will turn consumer insights, market trends and commercial opportunities into successful new products, packaging initiatives and business growth.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will drive projects from concept through to launch, ensuring our portfolio meets evolving customer needs while supporting Sunny Queen's

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in product, category, innovation or FMCG marketing roles.
• Experience managing NPD through structured approval processes.
• Strong analytical capability across category, consumer, competitor, sales data.
• Experience coordinating consumer research, packaging artwork, launch materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consumer and customer research programs from brief to fieldwork and presentation of implications.
• Develop NPD recommendations balancing brand direction, targets, margins and requirements.
• Manage the innovation pipeline governance with milestones, risk and reporting.
• Develop market insights to support strategic and tactical decisions for the business.
• Maintain the product innovation pipeline with prioritisation and milestones visibility.
• Lead NPD projects and stage-gate processes with business cases and launch readiness.
