Job summary

Workfast in Nowra Hill, NSW is seeking a reliable Storeperson to join our warehousing team with direct customer and phone interactions. The role offers a short-term entry with long-term prospects and regular full-time hours (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities include receipting deliveries, stocking shelves, and assisting customers at the counter, plus basic record keeping and phone-based order support. Australian working rights required; National Police Check preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have full Australian working rights.
• Must possess (or be willing to undergo) a National Police Check.
• Previous experience in basic warehousing, stores, or inventory management is highly regarded.
• Clear verbal communication skills for phone calls and face-to-face customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receipting deliveries, unloading stock, and checking shipments for accuracy.
• Label incoming stock, organise warehouse shelving, and participate in regular stocktaking routines.
• Serve trade/retail customers at the counter in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone queries, assist with customer orders, and maintain basic record keeping.
