Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking a Non-Production Environment Manager in Melbourne to oversee testing environments (PTEST, STEST, VTEST) across the project lifecycle. You will coordinate releases, monitor health, and manage incidents affecting environments, while working with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, available, and properly configured environments.

Qualifications

Experience in large and complex organisations.
Experience in industries such as postal services, logistics, transport, retail, or eCommerce.
Strong knowledge of ITIL Incident/Change/Release/Request/Conflict Management.
Experience managing enterprise test/environments and deployments.

Responsibilities

Environment management: ensure non-production environments are available, secure, and fit for purpose.
Release & deployment management: plan, coordinate releases and deployments with minimal testing impact.
Incident & issue management: lead triage and coordinate rapid resolution across applications.
Vendor & partner management: engage vendors and manage support tickets and escalations.
Continuous improvement: enhance monitoring, logging, and governance; document best practices.
