Job summary

Educate Me Montessori is seeking an experienced Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor to lead our established 40-place service in Greystanes. You will oversee compliance, staffing and the day-to-day operations, supported by an involved Approved Provider and an established team.

The role requires leadership, strong communication with families, and a solid background in early childhood regulation and Montessori environments. Location is Greystanes NSW with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Experience as Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor or senior manager in a childcare service.
• Diploma or approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the NQF and National Regulations.

Experienced Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor - 40 Place Service

Educate Me Montessori is seeking an experienced and confident Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor to lead our established 40-place service in Greystanes.

Location: 15 Hyacinth Street, Greystanes NSW 2145

Conveniently located near Merrylands, Parramatta, Pemulwuy, Wetherill Park and surrounding Western Sydney suburbs.

This position is suited to an experienced childcare leader who can confidently oversee compliance, staffing, family relationships and the day-to-day operation of the service. You will be supported by an involved Approved Provider and an established team.

To be considered, applicants must have:

• Previous experience as a Centre Director, Centre Manager, Nominated Supervisor or experienced Assistant Director/2IC
• A Diploma or approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
• Strong working knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and managing a team
• Experience managing rosters, occupancy, family concerns and service operations
• Current Working With Children Check and required first-aid qualifications
• Montessori experience is welcomed but not essential.
