Job description

Noah's Ark Professional - Speech Pathologist

Frankston | Full-time or Part-time | Grow Your Practicewith a Connected Allied Health Team| 12 month parental leave replacement

Whether you're an experienced Speech Pathologist looking to broaden your practice or a clinician ready to accelerate your development, we'd love to hear from you. If you enjoy tackling complex challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and helping shape the next generation of clinicians, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

At Noah's Ark, you'll join a transdisciplinary team of experienced Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists who believe better outcomes happen when we learn and work together.

Whether you're looking to deepen your expertise, broaden your practice, or take the next step in your career, this is an opportunity to do meaningful work while being part of something bigger than a singlediscipline.

Why Speech Pathologists Choose Noah's Ark

Many therapy providers talk about collaboration. At Noah's Ark, it's how we work every day.

You’ll be part of an experienced transdisciplinary team that values professional curiosity, reflective practice, and sharing knowledge across disciplines. Rather than working in isolation, you’ll have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues, contribute to joint problem-solving, and learn from clinicians with diverse expertise.

At Noah's Ark, you’ll use your speech pathology skills where they have the greatest impact — helping children participate in everyday life and empowering families to confidently support their child's development.

You’ll be joining a stable team led by an experienced practicing Speech Pathologist who remains actively engaged with Speech Pathology Australia. You’ll receive genuine clinical support from a leader who understands the realities of contemporary practice because they’re still working within it.

This 12 month parental leave replacement is an opportunity to learn, contribute, and develop within a respected organisation investing in its future.

About the Opportunity

As aNoah's Ark Professional (Key Worker), you'll work closely with children and families to deliver evidence-based early childhood intervention that creates meaningful outcomes.

You’ll:

  • Deliver services in homes, early learning settings, schools, and community environments.
  • Partner with families to embed strategies into daily routines and activities.
  • Develop practical, individualised approaches that build children's skills and family capability.
  • Collaborate within a highly supportive multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
  • Contribute to a culture of reflection, learning, and continuous improvement.

  • Committed to evidence-based and family-centred practice.

  • Seeking to maintain or extend their contemporary speech pathology practice.
  • Looking to grow professionally while making a genuine difference.

  • A recognised Speech Pathology qualification.
  • Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status, or eligibility to obtain it.
  • A current driver licence and access to a vehicle.
  • The right to work in Australia.
Why Now is the Right Time to Join Noah's Ark

We're investing in our people and creating opportunities for clinicians who want to help shape the future of our services.

You’ll join an organisation with:

  • More than 55 years of experience supporting children and families.
