Job summary

Linfox Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an AM Transport Allocator to oversee transport allocations and route optimisation for metropolitan deliveries, with a 4 days on/4 days off roster and 12-hour night shifts from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

You will coordinate daily operations, maintain run sheets and schedules, and ensure safety and COR compliance while communicating clearly with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport load planning and fleet allocation is valued.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills; experience with TMS is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of QLD metro and surrounding areas.
• Able to work under pressure, stay organized, and be efficient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage transport allocations and route optimisation.
• Coordinate metropolitan deliveries to ensure timely operations.
• Maintain run sheets, delivery schedules and compliance records.
• Communicate with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Uphold Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times.
