The Coles Group is seeking a Night-Fill Leader to guide the night shift, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and store presentation meets Coles standards. Reporting to the Dry Goods Manager, you’ll drive efficiency, safety, and customer experience during night operations.

Ideal candidates will bring prior leadership in a fast-paced retail setting, strong time management, and a commitment to maintaining stock accuracy and high store standards.
