We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Allied Pinnacle Pty Limited in Yatala, QLD. As the Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility and ensuring the efficient and effective production of our high-quality products. This is a full-time, permanent position, working night shift.
Implement and monitor production processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality, safety and efficiency standards
Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner
Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to coordinate the production schedule and ensure the smooth running of the facility
Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members, and support their professional development
Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality
Ensure a safe work environment by promoting and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
Familiarity with production management software and data analysis tools
Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, or equivalent experience ie Baking and Food Processing Cert IV
