You will deliver frontline customer service, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and support emergency procedures with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current VIC Private Security Individual Operator Licence (Security Guard)
• Crowd Controller and monitoring endorsement
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work a set full-time roster (night shift)
• High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
• Reliability and a proactive approach to safety and service

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline, professional customer service
• Respond to incidents including medical, emergency, and security-related events
• Conduct patrols and monitor centre activity to identify safety risks
• Report hazards, incidents, and suspicious behaviour
• Support centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation
• Assist with emergency procedures, alarms, and evacuation protocols
