Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment PTY is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a supportive residential care team in Inner Sydney. The role blends clinical nursing with person-centred care for residents with complex health and social needs.

Ideal for those seeking flexible casual work, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care overnight under the guidance of a multidisciplinary team, maintaining residents' health, dignity and independence.

Formación

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Minimum of three years' clinical experience in a generalist nursing setting.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of mental health, alcohol and other drug dependence, and homelessness challenges.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication management and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise competing clinical demands and work autonomously on night duty.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised nursing care.
• Monitor residents' physical health and mental wellbeing.
• Administer and manage medications per protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and EHRs.
• Respond to changes in residents' conditions and incidents.
• Build respectful therapeutic relationships with residents and representatives.
• Coordinate care with medical practitioners, pharmacists and external providers.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and quality improvement.
• Support residents to access healthcare and community services.
• Maintain compliance with clinical governance and safety standards.
