Qualifications

• Two years+ experience in Aged Care setting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office, web apps on PC & mobile, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and deliver quality clinical care to residents.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately.
• Lead care team to provide appropriate clinical and personal care.
• Respond to health emergencies and manage incidents.
