Peninsula Village is seeking a Registered Nurse to cover night shifts at Pozieres House, Umina Beach. The role requires current AHPRA registration and aged care experience, with a flexible roster supporting annual and sick leave coverage.

You may work full- or part-time hours, with comprehensive induction, ongoing training and development opportunities to uphold resident dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care or clinical care settings.
• Strong assessment, care delivery and documentation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and manage priorities autonomously.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct clinical care to aged care residents during night shifts.
• Administer medications and manage residents' healthcare needs per care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to resident requests during night hours.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and infection control policies.
