Job summary

HRCheck Aust Pty Ltd is recruiting several Night Shift Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing operation in Yatala. This permanent full-time role offers night shift hours (10pm–6am) and a competitive hourly rate with base, loading and overtime when available.

Ideal candidates will have experience in packaging, print, manufacturing or related industries, with strong attention to detail and a reliable, safety-conscious approach to work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production or Machine Operator.
• Experience within packaging, print, manufacturing, food production, or a similar industrial environment.
• Gluing experience highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• The ability to work permanent night shift hours (10pm to 6am).
• A reliable and safety-focused approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality.
• Complete machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain production output in line with targets.
• Follow site safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work effectively as part of the night shift team.
